Borders and Pictures

I might start with photography again but this time Ill have a better machine (MBP) to use. I bought Adobe Lightroom after the trial period as I like it very much, simple it yet does everything I need. This will be the only Post Process software I hope Ill use but I want to know something.

What you guys use to put borders on your pictures? Ive played around with LR and I can only put borders when Im about to print the picture. I'd like to know how to put borders before I put them on the web.

I have the same question as you do. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro, and I have been trying to find a way to put simple borders aropund my photos for movies and my web page. I'd be interested in any information you may have.
