Tired AVI to playable on DVD Player -No Audio?

Hello

I have been trying QT Pro and MPEG Streamclip, but I have PAL avi file and I cannot covert to a format that will work on my multi region DVD player without losing the audio.

Only VLC Player will playback with audio.

I have only tried coverting to DV or MPEG with no luck, I lose the audio

file details per VLC Player:

AVI

Stream 0
Coded DX50
Type Video

Stream 1
Codec a52
Type Audio
Channels 2

I have a Mac Pro Intel Quad - OSX 10/4/9

Did you try to export the file from VLC Player's "Streaming/Exporting Wizzard..." under the File Menu? That should work perfectly.
