I accidentaly spilt water over my iBook and immediately switched it off and dried it as best I could. I left it switched off with the battery out until the following morning.

It seems to be ok, it switches on as normal, but it is constantly typing random letters.

It normaly types the letters "1", "q", "a", "z", "`" - these are all in the same area. It does not accept command keystrokes either, along with a few other letters. It also thinks a click is a right click so the option key must be "pressed", oh and every so often it thinks I pressed the power button.

Can anyone help me, what is happening to my keyboard?

Thanks,
Josh

that was one of the better posts I've seen in a while. Good luck mate, I hope it works out for you without a new keyboard!

Oh, and I originally looked at this thread because I saw errotic instead of erratic and was like wtf:cool:
