I have a macbook OS X . Is it possible to install Windows Vista, I have a BT Home Hub wireless router which I use for my PC and macbook.

Yeah you can. (what router you have is irrelevant). You can install Vista via BootCamp 1.2 (http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/)
