those aren't jordans. to the left are vince carter 3's (i think), some magic johnson weapons to the back left, kobe bryant zoom 1's to the right, some barkleys in the front and the rest are some dunks, delta force and pair of lagacy.

Here is my collection, right shoes only. If you want to see the left ones, download the pic and flip it. (: I'm missing 5 pair, 2 of which I cannot find, and the other three are at the office. In addition, you can't see a pair of sandals on the far right. In all, I have 35 pair currently, with one more on order....unless I'm missing another pair somewhere...which is, of course, entirely possible. (:

i finally ditched my cheap spalding tennies and repaced them with equally cheap truetechs, both from big 5

i still have my nice workboots...carolinas...and some casual weekend boots...eccos

i have a medium priced pair of black dress shoes by nunn bush and they need to have new heels put on them

if money was no object, i would get some mephisto or ecco tennis shoes and replace my dress shoes with some higher priced black rockports

i think four pairs of shoes...yard work, casual weekend, basic tennis shoes, and black dress shoes are all i really need

UPDATE:

OK OK, my neighbor just got some hiking boots which i think were too small for him so he gave them to me...some nice thirty dollar-ish colemans...so now i have five pairs, three basic ones and two expensive ones

but i will never need a really large, hip collection like my (almost) neighbor vniow ;)

reminds me of a cute story

before i worked in a shoe store for one christmas season, i belived women were picky with shoes...after working and selling to both, i learned otherwise

many men really only have, besides a dress pair for weddings and funerals, just one pair of shoes so they want to find the right and perfect pair...this makes them really difficult customers

not knowing much about fashion, many of these guys get demanding and want something that, besides the wedding and funeral attire shoes, can fit everything (and that's really not possible, if you consider hiking, biking, walking, tennis, casual dates, rock climbing, soccor (or football), loafing shoes, shoes for long distance walking, etc

more than once, not only did the male customers get mad at not finding that one all purpose magic shoe, some of these men got violent and mall security got their money's worth with angry male shoe customers, and our mall had a least a half a dozen shoe places

another reason for the macho aggression was that often the wife, mother, or girlfriend was nagging the man to get a new pair of shoes to replace those hole ridden stinky excuses for footwear that they had gotten accustomed to

so if postal workers who get aggressive are said to get postal, what are angry and dangerous male shoe shoppers called ;)

Fred Perry trainers, bought in TK Maxx when my old white PF Flyers were dying a slow and hideous death on a rainy day in Glasgow and I chucked em and put these on. I still miss my lovely PF Flyers though.
Puma slip-ons, also from TK Maxx. TK Maxx makes shoe decisions for me, which is good. Ooh, &#163;15? They look ok. :p
New Balance somethingorothers, for running in. Vile looking, but dead comfy.
Birkenstock sandals. Same as the shoes, but for when it's warm enough to get my toes out for the lads.


I might buy some more shoes soon though. I sold a few pairs on eBay a while ago, and my collection's a bit meagre now. :o
