ps/2-usb adapter funk w/ powerbook g4

I am trying to connect a microsoft intellimouse and microsoft ergonomic keyboard to my powerbook g4 using a Kingsus tech ps/2-usb adapter that claims to be mac compatible.

And its not working.

I installed MS intellipoint and intellitype pro version6.1 (v.165)

Any suggestions?

Get a different keyboard and mouse. It's not worth the hassle. Get a refund on the USB PS2 thing if you can

All of the modern Intellimice come with USB, and a USB to PS2 adaptor if you want it on PS2.
