Looking for an alternative to using iMovie. Any suggestions? Price is not a consideration.

Isn't Avid a little extreme?
I don't think that's a good iMovie Equivalent..
Pinnacle has some good editing programs, ULEAD Videostudio? Premiere Elements, lots out there.

I'm checking out Sony Vegas now. Are there any DVD authoring software packages out there that are as good as the one offered on OS X? I want the simplicity :)
