Capture streaming audio

Can anyone tell me how I can capture streaming BBC radio audio for conversion into audio I can store on itunes? (These are not programmes that are available as podcasts).

When I was a pc user I used Replay Radio.

Duff-Man says...I use AudioHijack too...a really good pgm and the company updates as often as necessary so you always get good support...well worth investing in for sure...oh yeah!
