Saving freeze frams in FCE?

What's the best way of going about saving a freeze frame as a picture file from Final Cut Express?

If I can't do that, how can I save screenshots of video files in general?

(I'm looking to use these image files to send over to my PC where I design DVD labels and such...)

I can't speak for FCE, but in FCP you just park the playhead on the frame you want then go to File->Export->Using QuickTime Conversion. When the Export window opens, choose "Still Image" from the Format menu and the file type you want to use from the Options menu.

If you just want a freeze frame to use within FCP, instead of exporting you hit Shift n.
