I bought an apple newton messagepad 2000 with the 2100 upgrade in it about a year ago. I bought a 3rd party charger on ebay and it worked for awhile but one night i let it charge overnight and it does not turn on anymore. I am trying to sell to get money towards a new one.
I beleive that the motherboard may be dead and i can tell with a voltmeter that the battery still has a charge, The screen is fine and the case is good except for a crack on the front bottom, It has the PCMCIA placeholder cards,
I will also include the charger in question as well as the the Newton to mac serial adaptor, and the memory chip that is the 2100 upgrade.
