I have a Gamecube and N64, and I'd like to use them with my 20" cinema display (not aluminum, plastic design). It connects with an ADC connector, but i've got the converter to DVI.

Is this possible? I'm not looking to spend more than $100...

It's possible, but not for under $200. It would be cheaper to get something like an EyeTV Hybrid and connect the consoles to a Mac which is connected to the monitor.

That's probably the only thing you can do if you want to play games on the display. But the mac tv tuners will cost you a pretty penny...

Hmmm or is there a tool u can use to convert from component to DVI?

There is one component to dvi converter which will work with the cinema displays: http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=4173
However it's really expensive at $349 but I don't think there is anything cheaper.
