Hi, I'm running 10.3.9, and was wondering if there was anything like Active Desktop functionality available. I'd like to set my background/wallpaper to snag from a webfeed, specifically, a web camera feed, but I can't figure out how to do it.

Maybe GeekTool (https://sourceforge.net/projects/geektool)? I'm not sure if you can configure it to do that or not though.
