External Enclosure wont work

I have my hard drive in a new external enclosure, and it wont work. Its not the drive, ive already tested that in another case. The External case says U-Storage. It doesn't give any other details. Does any one know anything about the cases? Do i need a driver for it??

Does the drive show up in disk utility?

Then I would suggest taking the external enclosure back to the place you bought it, or go through the company that makes it to get a replacement.
