View Full Version : installing XPSP2 through Boot Camp

My school is allowing all Engineering students to legally download copies of Windows XP, Vista, among other Windows software. I downloaded the XP file but it's a .exe file. The webpage says that I can download an .iso file for XP but I get this .exe instead. Any thoughts on what should I do? Can I just burn this file to a disk? I abhor using PCs but 2 or 3 Engineering applications require me to do so.

What happens when you double-click on the .exe file?

When I try to open it, Unarchiver says it cannot be extracted.
