How do I set up a personalized signatures for outgoing mail on outlook. I want my company to have our logo in emails we send out.

Go to Mail > Preferences > Signatures to set up a new signature.

When I did the same thing for our company, I designed the signature in Word and copied it across. Always send a test email to yourself before you commit is my advice - just to check alignments, etc.

Thanks for the advice but that doesn't help me must for Outlook on a pc. I want our logo (.jpg) in with the contact information.
