help with vista and bootcamp issues?

after using the bootcamp 1.2 drives for vista, im having problems. after trying to install all of the drivers i keep getting the blue screen error saying ive run out of memory. now recently when trying to run in vista i get the blue screen, i recently ran it in the "last known good configuartion" and while shutting down it downloaded some update and refused to shutdown on its own so i manually shut it down(hold down power button).

any ideas? sorry if my writting sounds jumbled im exhausted.

windows vista
mbp 15" core duo
1gb ram
