Is there any format I can use for a 300 gig drive, so OSX and Vista via bootcamp can both read and write to it?

Thanks!

FAT32. As long as you don't store any files over 4GB. Just use Disk Utility instead if Windows for format it and you should be fine.

If you format it as NTFS, and install the NTFS-3g driver in OS X, you will be able to read and write to it. I have had great results this way.

Just get MacDrive. It's Windows a program that allows Windows to access mac drives (nomen omen). I have and it works seamlessly.

That is one way to do it, but it would probably best to try either FAT32 or NTFS-3g first, since both are free whereas MacDrive is $49.95.
