Not sure if someone's already posted this. i did a quick search, but nothing came up.

Anyways, checkout this link.

"Do you own a Powerbook?... Ever get concerned about how hot it runs? Ever get annoyed when the noisy internal fan starts to run? Well, now your G4 (or PPC 970) Powerbook can run just as cool as it looks. The iBreeze Powerbook cooling stand is built to quietly and elegantly bathe the underside of your Powerbook with a gentle cooling breeze.

The iBreeze works with all models of Dual USB iBooks and G4 (or PPC 970) Powerbooks. iBreeze measures 11.75" wide and 9.75" deep, and, a USB extension cable is included for use with models with side-mounted USB ports. "

This product ships June 20. Just thought it was interesting that they would boldly come out saying their product will come work with PPC970 Powerbooks.

Part of the House of Rodents that Jack built. :p

But why let the Mouse House get rumor whacked by the rumor site?

macmice.com is run by Jack Campbell - who is the webmaster of MacWhispers.com

MacWhispers was the (only) source of 970 Powerbook rumors.

so, no new information here.

thestreet.com 970 expectations (http://www.thestreet.com/_yahoo/markets/stockwatch/10094582.html)

Seems to boldly tie using the 970 to AAPL stock price for the next year, huh? Is it reasonable to expect they did this based on rumors only or do you think they actually KNOW something? Remember, the stock market is mostly psychological and only partly based in financial reality.
