Anybody know how to access my home network from outside browser?

Just bought some AXIS 207W cameras and everything works great in my local network. But from work, I get nothing. I have opened up the port forwarding in the router (Actiontec - Verizon Fios)s to 80, but I have no idea what http address to use to access the cameras outside my home network. I can assign a pulbic IP, but it looks like the same one everybody uses, so how do I find my own individual IP or http? Thanks, Robin
