What do this individual terms mean? Plus, I will give you my numbers are these good or bad.

1Gig of RAM right now. 4Gigs later today when I install.

Wired: 107.66 MB

Active: 251.47 MB

Inactive: 481 MB

Used: 8440.14 MB

VM Size: 5.58 GB

Free 183.85 MB

Page ins/outs: 37729/120

1,024.00 MB

How do I copy the page to make it easier. I tried doing Edit>Copy but can't paste.

I'm such a rookie!

Have a look at this Apple support article (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107918).

Your RAM numbers look just fine.

To learn how to take screenshots, see this guide (http://guides.macrumors.com/Taking_Screenshots_in_Mac_OS_X).

If you mean "take a screenshot" by "copy the page" here's what you do:

Open Activity Monitor so you can see what you want to take a screenshot of.

Option 1: Press :apple:+Shift+3 to take a full screenshot and save it as a PNG on the Desktop.

Option 2: Press :apple:+Shift+4 and the mouse cursor will be a crosshair. Click and drag to make a selection of the screen and save that to the desktop has a PNG.

Option 3: Press :apple:+Shift+4 and when you see the crosshair, press spacebar and the cursor will turn into a camera. You can use that to select windows and objects. They will be blueish like when you Exposé the windows and select one. It will save to the desktop as a PNG.
