Change sync order? (getting photos on the tv)

Love the apple tv for movies and tv shows, even music.

my issue is that I would like to get pictures on the TV.

I tell iTunes to only sync 1 movie and 1 tv show but now the tv fills up with music (which is nice to have). my problem is that I have ~70G of music in iTunes and so it tries to sync everything. Since the streaming works so well it wold be nice to be able to change the order of the sync so that photos come first.

any ideas (and no, I'm not going to spring for a 160G drive just yet, I'm saving up for another tv in the bedroom).

Easy way to accomplish this.

1. Select your AppleTV from left side 'Devices' menu in iTunes

2. Movies tab: uncheck "all" and "selected" boxes

3. Music tab: uncheck "Sync" box

4. Ditto for podcasts and TV shows.

5. Photos tab: check "Sync photos from" box.


Note, you may want to sync a bit of music to your AppleTV so you can have music to play during slide shows. (Music for slide shows has to reside on AppleTV HD).
