Anything new on RealPC?

Is there any new info on when RealPC will be out and if it will be as effective as it sounds? I'm a PC user who is a huge mac fan. I'm getting a powerbook for college and would love to be able to play my games on it.

Microsoft has sent them threatening legal letters. There hasn't been any news since then and we were told that the letters did not include any information regarding what microsoft felt was illegal.

Is SoftWindows going to be released at the same time as RealPC? I hope these programs will work as well as the company says they will.
