Illustrator 11 and 970

I cant wait until Illustrator 11 appears. and i hope some filters like the gaussian blur is optimized to run faster on the new 970 towers.

also i hope adobe fixes the pdf output options
and makes illustrator output cleaner . eps files..
i work with wide format printers. when there are all those nifty effects that some people design it runs havok with the RIPS i use.

the postscript just isnt clean enough sometimes.

what would you like to see in ILL 11??

i find that illustrator "unexpedly quits" a lot, especially when you open the file menu to hit the save button (yes, i am running all the updates). All-in-all, i've found the latest design collection to be pretty unstable; i find myself firing up OS9 a lot more just for the adobe apps.

Glad to see acrobat has finally gone osx native now though - so stupid that distiller was OS9 only.

The whole suite is pretty slow. InDesign is still dog slow. Not near as bad as Illustrator 11, though.

Can't wait till ID3 comes out....whooo ya. More design-y goodness. ;) :D
