Black screen with white OVER RANGE text

My Mother-in-law changed the Monitor resolution settings on her PPC Mac Mini and now her 19" monitor is Black with the words Over Range in white. How can she get back to the original resolution settings?

not safe, my bad with extansions disabled, hold shift.

Kinda like safe mode on the pc?

Edit: Actually Apple does call it safe mode.

Yeah, Than it should boot fine just go into sysrtem prefs and set it to whatever it was, if it isnt there and than restart.
