View Full Version : Has this ever happened to someone?

I research what ram and name brand to get from the post other people make. I ordered from OWC 2gig (2x1gig) but realized that when I received my order I look at invoice I saw 2 and 1gig thought ok 2 sets of 1 gig. Wrong, it was 1gig(2x512mb). I already called but they are closed, so I sent for a RMA. But I want to know has anyone gotten this problem before. I hope I can get this cleared up without an issue.

Share any advice of whether to call them or just rely on emails.

I am sure you will get a satisfactory resolution to this. It would appear to just be a miscommunication.
