As for MacWhispers claims, well, on the slim chance they prove correct, that would indeed be something.

Personally, I find there is, though small, support to this as the Powerbooks - all of them - are rumored for another price drop come Monday. Sounds like channel-clearing to me.

Monday is going to be fun.

I don't know how reliable the report is, but if it's true, this is going to be a great year for Apple. What a great time to be a Mac user.
