If I am about to sell something on eBay, what is the safest way to do it? What method of payment would be the best to accept?

Personally I would favor bank transfer. No fees, no registering with services like PayPal, nochex etc. Simple, safe, and easy :)

I prefer paypal because it integrates well with eBay (same company). But the methods above are good too.
