Hi
I'm new to Mac (had mine a week now), I'm a Windows Convert!
Anyway, What I'd like to do is split a 2 hour long mp3 into two 1 hour sections so I can burn it to a cd as audio.
I used to use Adobe Audition to do this on my pc.
Is there anything on The Mac other than Audition that I could use to do this?

Thanks in advance for any help & advice.🙂

Although it be more time consuming than any of the other suggestions you could use Garageband then import the "songs" into iTunes and do a CD burn from there.

Or you can use iTunes. Change the settings to start and stop the song at the positions you want then reimport the song.
