iPod Problem synching with computer

I just received my new 80GB iPod today. I first plugged it up and it worked fine, but now whenever I try to again iTunes freezes up. Whenever I unplug the iPod iTunes responds, and says that I am missing the synching folder.

What sort of computer do you have and what version of iTunes are you running?

I have a windows vista computer and the newest version of itunes

Well, have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling iTunes?
