Not sure what I did but have a box when I click

I don't know if I pressed a key or what but now I have a square box where every I click on . like if I click on the desktop anywhere it will show a box outline around the first icon ( hard drive) and it moves when I press the arrow keys ?
When I open a browser there is a square around the first button on the browser.
What did I do and how do I make it stop.

Turn on your speakers first to see what it's really like. Then:

Apple Menu > System Preferences > Universal Access...turn off Voiceover.
