Backing up DVD, trying to trim up some space

Hey guys,

I'm trying to back up a DVD which is 7.25 gb. I only have single layer 4.7 gb discs, so I'm trying to see if there is stuff I can go without, such as special features and other stuff. How do I know what which is if I'm looking at the folder? For instance, within the VIDEO_TS folder, there are a bunch of files. Is there anyway to find out which is what?

I believe DVD2OneX will do what you need. You can't simply pick and choose files from the target DVD. They are all intermingled.
