Need Help with white out!

For the police academy I have to hand write everything in all caps. Kinda a pain in the but seeing you can use two dabs of white out per page (meaning you can over two letters, not words). I used white out on my heading, which i wrote after finishing a page). naturaly i messed up. Does anyone know how to cleanly remove white out from paper (scraping it off hasn't worked).

If the paper is white enough you could get away with using liquid roll on paper. I would have no idea how to get white out off of paper delicately without ripping the whole thing.

Photocopy the original and start over.

Why do you have to write it in caps?

Presumably there is a requirement to write -- I dunno, traffic citations, reports, whatever -- in all caps, and part of the requirement is that you can write in all caps legibly and accurately.

The same reason i do roman chairs... they tell me to.
