In search of a bum....found Spicyapple instead

I happened to see her post on April 1 saying that she wasn't going to come around the forums anymore, for whatever reason. What struck me about her was that she seemed to change her avatar with a different picture of herself every week. Heck, to each their own I guess.


Well, today I pull up Google images to find a picture of a bum, ya know, a regular homeless-type, for an e-mail I was sending to a friend to try to motivate him. (i.e hey man, you don't wanna end up like this guy: <insert picture> ).

Anyway, Google image's results of "bum" came up with some unusual pictures, and one of them happened to be spicyapple. I kid you not. And why did I pick up on it?? Well, probably for the avatar switching she used to do.

He....she.....IT. Regardless, spicyapple is here no more. And a Google search for "bum" reveals he/she/it's pictures, used in he/she/it's avatars. :apple:

Even if the avatars and poster picture were not of the poster, how does that prove spicyapple is a he? Most posts I read sounded like a girl.

Surprising as it may seem, in the same way one can search Google for a picture of a famous singer and use it as an avatar to prompt "OMG is that u in ur avatar u r hottttttttt!!1!!1" comments, one can also write about puppydogs and ladies clothing in order to seem like a woman (and to prompt "OMG is u sound hottttttttt!!1!!1" comments, presumably"). Lacero/spicyapple did this as both Lacero and spicyapple, for reasons best known to himself.

That doesn't read like an actual woman, that reads more like a female impersonator. I've known a few of them so I know what to look for. ;)

Where is that guy? I'd give him a $20 just for his blunt sign... he probably makes a killing. There was an article in our local paper about a sign holder here in Melbourne that was raking in $300 - $400 a day next to the I-95 on ramp... the reporters followed him one afternoon and he jumped into his corvette behind a nearby hotel and drove it to a nice home with a two car garage. His sign said "homeless, need food.":rolleyes:

Many bums are just normal guys down on their luck. I'm sure we can all sympathize with some of the hardships these people have been through.

I find it curious that a board member could draw so much attention, and speculation, as to their identity. SpicyApple's 'tar was very compelling. I never thought the lady being shown was the actual poster, but I did not discount it either. It really did not matter. She is one of the most vivacious women I have ever seen (whoever she is).

I thought SpicyApple was a fine contributor to this forum. She definitely was expert in her field and offered a great deal of solid technical information. She also was able to express her own likes/dislikes, tastes, opinions, etc, without attacking others posters for theirs.

I do not know who the other chap is/was (Lucerno, or whatever). Does it really matter? What is the pre-occupation with this person?
