Can you help me with a song title?

I'm trying to remember the name of a song. It came out about 1999-2001. The song I THINK is named after some symphony and it has a snippet of a beat running through the song. Its kind of techno/dance with no words. Does anyone know the name of the song I'm trying to think of ?

I'm pretty sure its by a European group and I remember the video clip was kind of weird and creepy with changing colours I wish I could give you more info but I really can't. All I remember is it has a part of some opera playing through it but its sped up and kind of dancy

Did you mean "Symphony" in the title? It's not dancy or electronic, but The Verve's "Bittersweet Symphony" came to mind. It came out in 1997 though.

Nup not that one. I mean that it samples a symphony in the song and uses that snippet throughout
