Morphing in FCE? How to manually create?

basically I have a vid where I want the child to be doing something in the same scene the adult is and I want the child to morph into the adult...is there any way to do this? I've seen it done before, but I was wondering if it was possible

This, AFAIK, is downright impossible without some sort of 3rd part app or plugin. Its a hardcore mathematical computation that requires at least a slight eye for creativity and logic. Basically, it sucks to do.

The most famous is, of course, Morph from way back in the Pre-OSX days.

hard as hell to get to work precisely, but it worked nonetheless.

Today, youd have to find a plugin.

Sorry, there is no way without some intense software. Shake does it, but that runs at $500...
