On the MacBook and MacBook Pro can you use the trackbutton to right click. I don't own a mac but noticed that it looks like a single button. I'm wondering if it operates as a two button mouse by pressing on one side then the other.

Holding down control while clicking serves as a 'right click'

You can also put two fingers on the trackpad and click, it will also serve as a right click.

yes, but make sure it's enabled in the system preferences before you try.

You need to set this up in System Preferences first.

I find 2-fingered right-clicking so much easier than laptops that have separate left & right-click buttons. Those buttons are too small for me, and I don't like having to move my thumb around. The 2-fingered right-click is very easy & intuitive to use.

I always buy a small two button mouse to use with my laptop. MacAlley has a nice one. Right clicks are totally useful for opening web page links in a new window.

Mac's actually have decent trackpads though with loads of goodies like two finger scrolling (like those scroll strips on most PC laptops), so they are definitely worth a try.

I am definitely a fan of two finger right click, though it isn't that good for Minesweeper (thank god MineSwept has undo!).
