G5 ddr400 Memory questions

what exactly are the specs of the ddr400 used in powermac g5s
and where can you get a good price on the 512-1GB pairs.
3-3-4 or -3-3 ?

Try www.pricewatch.com. They always have good prices. The trick is to find a reputable retailer. I usually use www.ramseeker.com which is a Mac only ram price site that always has the best prices as far as I have seen with only reputable retailers. The only problem with ramseeker is that last time I checked them an hour ago they hadn't updated for the new PowerMacs. I would expect to see an update by them in the next day or two though.
