Dealing with Technicolor

I'm about to shoot my first short film on 16mm film. The lab I'm planing on using is Technicolor. I was wondering if anyone here has ever dealt with them and might have some advise. What sort of system do they use in terms of accounts, payment, etc? They don't seem to have that info on the website.
Why not just call and ask?
