View Full Version : Error installing Vista on my MacBook

It's the black 13.3" model...

I create the partition, boot into Vista, and it locks up on "Windows is loading files"... and then I get an error message saying something to the effect of: "Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device attached to your computer."

GAH. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can someone PLEASE suggest a remedy?
I have scoured the depths of the internet, and have found nothing.

Anything at all?
I need Vista for work.. and this is the only machine I have.

Well, considering this is a "Windows on Mac" forum, shouldn't you be making this post in every topic here?

Besides that, in my previous post, I said, and I quote:
