iPod Can't sync photos

I'm trying to sync photos onto my iPod:
i'm pressing the "My iPod" tab below the DEVICES..
choosing the "Photos" tab..
makring "V" the 'Sync phOtos from' and choosing a direct folder..

after that im pressing "Sync".. the iTunes loading and then an error window appears :



WHAT SHOULD I DO?
if someone can write to me simple but exact instructions how sync photos to the ipod i will be greatful

i shorter the file name and it works! thanks!
