MM Scroll Ball

I've been having a problem with my scroll ball not working properly. It will scroll up, but not down. I use canned air and "clean" the inside, but that only lasts a few minutes. Is there a way to fix it??😕

If you search the forum you will find 100 threads on this. Turn the mouse upside down (after unplugging/turning off) and rub the scroll ball vigorously on a clean lint-free cloth for about 30 seconds. Does the trick for me.

I am so glad i haven't had this problem. does this actually happen that much.

Yes. It really depends how dirty and greasy your fingers are. I work on a farm so it happens every few days to me.
