Amplitude LE

I just got an Mbox2 that came bundled with this Protools plugin Amplitude LE, it models amps/effects. However, I cannot seem to figure out how to apply the effects in realtime, i can only apply them after i've recorded a clean track. Has anyone used this and know how to enable it for realtime?
