Flickr Uploadr and Lightroom Tag problem

For my workflow, when I finish my photo's I export them to a folder and then to the Flickr Uploadr program. I have a problem though as some tags don't seem to be going through properly.

The tags from Lightroom seem to all be merged into one tag, so if I have tagged a photo with bird, flickr, person it will appear as "bird flickr person"

I'm not sure what's causing this but I'm wondering if there's a fix for it. :) Oh how I miss FlickrExport for Aperture and iPhoto.

That sounds like an issue with the Uploadr. I export from LR, and upload using Flickr's web interface; the tags go across OK.

I don't seem to have a problem either. Only gripe with this is flickr uploadr doesn't read the IPTC title field and always sticks in the filename.. grr.
