System Preferences looks wierd. Picture included

I went to my system preferences last night and saw the universal access button is now a light switch. Whats up with that? Anyone have an idea how this happened?

Have you modded your computer in anyway? Is it like this on other user sites or just this one?

I haven't done anything but add memory. I have a MBP. I did the latest update, so maybe it was that. I am the only user on this computer.
