Sometimes when I try to eject a DVD, the icon disappears from the desktop but the DVD does not physically eject from the machine. I keep hitting eject but it doesn't work much of the time.
I've seen this on 2 Mac Pros and a G4 so far, but my current Mac Pro is doing it roughly half the time now!
when it's going on, I open up disk utility and see this (in this case, a futurama DVD):

If you try to unmount it through DU, it says you can't.
Any ideas?
