SC Patch B.Net Problem

I went on SC's B.Net today and began downloading the new patch. I waited about 3 or 4 minutes, while patch is still in download, and then the game randomly stopped and went back to my desktop. I tried severa more time and got the same result.

What's is going on? This is Orig SC not BW.

I had the same thing ( only with BW ). The patch would appear to download, and then it would drop me to the desktop. In the end, I downloaded the standalone patch installer....

The sadder fact is the patch is s***, plain and simple.

Its like they didnt even beta test it before shipping out.

It has a lot of problems with stability on UMS maps, and also it does not show the download counters at ALL, so you dont know who has finished downloading or not.

Yea I just did that and it works fine now.

filefront or getting it from blizzard seems to be the safest way. although it becomes annoying having to move folders around to keep your maps
