Alright, I'm a longtime user making the switch. My delicious mac pro and ACD have arrived. I have just now booted it up, installed the patches, and shut it down - installed my aftermarket RAM, and booted back up. It found the RAM, it found my wireless network no problems. I downloaded a temp monitor and everything seems to be in a normal range. There don't seem to be any stuck or dead pixels on the monitor. What else should I check to make sure is right? After that - I guess I'll start trying out the recommended free apps in the applications board - but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Oh yea - I have a harddrive which I'm not sure if it's dead or functional. If I stick it in the second bay how can I manage my disks in OSX?
