Normally when I plug my monitor into my laptop the lcd screen [on my laptop] would be my primary and my monitor would be my secondary. but today it switched and i don't know how to switch it back. ANY IDEAS?

System Preferences>Displays>Arrangement
Drag the menubar back to your portable. It *should* stay there next time you plug the monitor in.
