iPod New Shuffle Not Charging Compelete/Full

My new Orange Shuffle is not Charging. It's been sitting for several hours.

I tried Restoring it when I got home from work this morning and when I woke up it's still Orange (Charge Light). 😉 Time for an exchange?
 
yeah it is probably a faulty battery just contact the retailer you brought it from im assuming apple and they should relplace it
