Is there a possible way to access files from other hard drive partitions which are on the Mac hard drive partitions, when on Windows Vista?

I am just wondering as I was want to access my pictures, songs, etc which I use when on OSX?

Either a shared FAT32 partition or Macdrive (http://www.mediafour.com/products/macdrive/)
